Mrs. Jason Segel
Hey folks…especially all you new followers!!
I picked up my guitar for the first time in what seems like ages. I’m definitely rusty. If you want to know the geeky stuff about my standard gear, I play a modified Gibson SG-I (single humbucker, 2 knobs, no switches, tonepros nickel tailpiece, nickel hardware, bone tuning pegs) through a Fender Blues Jr. It sounds gritty and dirty and beautiful. I decided to play Devo’s “Gut Feeling” for an hour straight. That song is perfect. I could talk for hours about how amazing it is, however I’m exhausted. I started going to a trainer this week and she kicked my ass. I feel like I fought an army of axe-wielding ninjas. Yesterday I couldn’t even walk. Tomorrow I go to the massage therapist lady so she can make my muscles feel better.
If I’m feeling well enough tomorrow, I believe Jason and I are going to get out of town and get into a tent. Camping always sounds like a good idea until I actually do it. I’m too much of a city girl. We’ll see how the weekend goes.
